Salesforce Developer - CPQ and Revenue Cloud

Salesforce Developer

We’re reinventing payments.

In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game-changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.

But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive.

About the Role

We're looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team and help shape how we support our business and customers. This is a vital role where you'll build robust, scalable solutions that enhance our platform and drive innovation. If you're passionate about using your Salesforce expertise to make a real impact and want to help people get to the good stuff, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do...

  • Develop and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Design and build guided user experiences using Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient deployments from development to production.
  • Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues, troubleshooting complex code and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain technical documentation, follow best practices, and share knowledge.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
