About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role offers flexibility, with opportunities to work remotely, at client locations, or from our offices in Godalming or Milton Keynes. The position requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

As a Salesforce Developer at Triad, you will play a key role in delivering innovative Salesforce-based solutions that enhance business processes and improve user experiences. You will collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope. This role also involves maintaining and supporting existing Salesforce systems, troubleshooting issues, and continuously seeking improvements to optimize performance and usability.
Given the sensitive nature of our work, candidates must be willing and eligible to achieve a minimum of SC clearance. To qualify, applicants must have been residents in the UK for at least five years and possess the right to work in the UK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects within a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce administration, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Experience working with Salesforce integrations and data management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II are highly desirable.
- Willingness to undergo SC clearance and meet UK residency requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Maintain and support existing Salesforce systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Develop and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions.
- Assist in training end-users and providing ongoing support for Salesforce applications.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and project reports.
