🚀 Salesforce Developers (x5) | Outside IR35 | Remote (UK) - Occasional on-site travel - London

I'm currently looking for 5 Salesforce Developers to join a major transformation programme on an initial 6-month contract.

📍 The Opportunity

  • Outside IR35
  • £510 per day
  • Initial 6-month contract

💼 About the Role

You'll be joining a large-scale Salesforce programme delivering business-critical solutions across multiple operational teams. The environment spans several Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and enterprise integrations.

Working within a collaborative engineering guild, you'll contribute to platform-wide development standards, share best practice with fellow Salesforce specialists, and help deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for a developer looking to deepen their Salesforce expertise and grow into a recognised platform Subject Matter Expert.

You'll be involved in:

  • Designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions using both declarative and programmatic approaches.
  • Building scalable Lightning experiences to improve user and agent productivity.
  • Developing integrations with external systems using modern APIs.
  • Collaborating with architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver robust platform solutions.
  • Contributing to shared engineering standards, CI/CD practices, and platform improvements.

✅ Essential Experience

  • Strong Salesforce development experience using both declarative configuration and Apex development.
  • Experience with Lightning Experience and Lightning Components.
  • Familiarity with development tools such as VS Code or IntelliJ.
  • Experience using Git or another version control system.
  • Experience building or consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

⭐ Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and Salesforce CLI.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
