Role: Salesforce Lead Developer (DevOps)

Location: London - Hybrid (flexible per week)
Salary: Between £65,000 - £100,000 (Based on experience / seniority)

A mission driven and globally recognised consultancy who deliver enterprise / complex transformations for well known brand names, are kicking off a multi-cloud implementation covering in-demand applications including Data Cloud and Agentforce.

As the Lead DevOps Developer, you will drive automation, governance and release excellence across complex salesforce landscapes whilst working alongside developers, architects and delivery teams.

Within your role, you will:

  • Lead implementation and management of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Azure Devops or similar platforms / Salesforce solutions
  • Configure deployment workflows across development, UAT and production environments
  • Manage release calendars and deployment schedules
  • Provide DevOps status reporting, risk management updates, release governance oversight
  • Mentor junior team members on DevOps principles, release management and deployment best practice

We're looking for:

  • Salesforce platform experience, including admin, release management
  • Hands on experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Experience managing deployments across multiple environments
  • Strong understanding of branching, merging and release governance strategies
  • Leadership / Mentoring ability / experience
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders and producing documentation
