🏆 Salesforce Developer – Join Our Payments Revolution

About Dojo

We’re reinventing payments.

In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game-changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started.

Our people are our greatest investment — they embody our growth, eigenständigkeit, and shared vision. We hire exceptional talent and empower them with autonomy, trust, and the opportunity to drive innovation. When our team thrives, so does Dojo.

The Role: Salesforce Developer

Why it matters: We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team and elevate how we engage with our business and customers. This is a critical role, where you’ll deliver robust, scalable solutions that enhance our platform while aligning with our relentless drive for innovation. If you’re passionate about advancing payments through AI-driven and customer-centric innovation, this is your chance to make a tangible impact.

What You’ll Do

You’ll capitalise on your Salesforce expertise to transform operational efficiency and customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions using:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Visualforce
  • Design and build immersive native-user experiences through Salesforce OmniStudio, including:
    • OmniScripts
    • FlexCards
    • DataRaptors
    • Integration Procedures
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via APIs.
  • Partner with the team to optimise CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployments from development to production.
  • Lead technical escalations, troubleshooting complex issues across code, API integrations, and platform interfaces.
  • Maintain technical documentation, institute best practices, and facilitate knowledge-sharing across the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
