Salesforce Tech Lead

Contract: Inside IR35

Location: UK (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Develop and customise Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Manage deployments using Git, Jenkins, Change Sets, and Workbench.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and offshore/onshore teams.
  • Ensure best practices for security, performance, governance, and scalability.
  • Support data migration, release management, and production support.

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development/technical leadership experience.
  • Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, VS Code, JIRA.
  • Experience in Salesforce deployment and release management.
  • Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
