Salesforce Developer
Join our growing Salesforce team as a Salesforce Administrator / Developer and be an integral part of advancing our platform and integrations.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our experienced Business Applications Developer, who drives the design and strategic direction of the platform. You will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of Salesforce, driving enhancements, and ensuring our ecosystem remains reliable and scalable.
This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals eager to expand their skills within a well-established environment, gaining valuable exposure to diverse tools and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily administration, configuration, and upkeep of the Salesforce platform to ensure smooth operations Create and sustain automation through Salesforce Flows and standard tools, any Apex experience considered a plus but not mandatory Support seamless integrations between Salesforce and external platforms such as Zapier, Shopify, and various payment providers Support data management activities including imports, cleansing, and maintaining high data quality standards Design and maintain insightful reports and dashboards that enhance business visibility and decision-making Serve as a trusted point of contact for user inquiries, delivering reliable system support Collaborate closely with the Salesforce lead to implement enhancements, resolve issues, and boost system performance Contribute to gathering and transforming business requirements into impactful Salesforce solutions Bring forward innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement and optimise the platform Stay current with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to keep the platform cutting-edge

Requirements
2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration or development experience Salesforce Administrator certification Experience with Salesforce Flows and standard automation tools Familiarity with integrations and APIs (Zapier or similar tools beneficial) Strong attention to detail and data management skills Excellent communication skills and a knack for collaborating seamlessly with business users Comfortable working collaboratively within a team environment Willingness to be office-based - 5 days per week during onboarding period with a transition to a hybrid working pattern, min 3 days per week in the office
