We deliver innovative solutions based on multi-domain architecture, with customer satisfaction and service excellence at the heart of everything we do.

As a truly international technology provider, we pride ourselves on delivering global simplicity through trusted transparency while continuing to invest in our employees, partners, and customers.

The Position

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, optimisation, and governance of our Salesforce platform. This role combines strategic architecture ownership with hands-on development responsibilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support EOS' sales, finance, operations, and support functions.

You will be responsible for defining the Salesforce roadmap, establishing technical standards and best practices, and delivering innovative solutions that enable business growth. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide architectural leadership while remaining actively involved in solution development and implementation.

What You Will Do

  • Own the overall Salesforce architecture, platform strategy, and technical roadmap.
  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, automation, and custom applications.
  • Lead all technical aspects of Salesforce, including platform configuration, custom development, integrations, security, governance, and data architecture.
  • Act as the primary technical authority for Salesforce-related projects and initiatives.
  • Design and oversee integrations with internal systems, third-party platforms, middleware solutions, and AppExchange products.
  • Provide hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Java, and related technologies where required.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for architecture, development, testing, deployment, release management, and platform security.
  • Drive optimisation of business processes through Salesforce capabilities and automation.
  • Lead data migration initiatives, data quality improvements, and master data management strategies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Review solution designs and code to ensure adherence to architectural standards and platform best practices.
  • Mentor and coach Salesforce Developers and Administrators, fostering technical excellence across the team.
  • Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support a rapidly growing organisation by ensuring the Salesforce platform remains scalable, resilient, and aligned with business objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
