Salesforce Enterprise Architect
Location: London, UK Job Type: Full Time
About the Role
We at Coforge are seeking a Salesforce Enterprise Architect with extensive cloud expertise, particularly on the Public Sector Cloud (PSS).
Key Responsibilities
An ideal candidate will possess:
- 12+ years of CRM experience, including at least 3 years specialising in the public sector or energy & utilities domain
- Proven Salesforce Public Sector Cloud (PSS) implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of Gov.UK (GDS) standards, where beneficial
- Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce solution architecture preferences
They will be expected to:
- Design and optimise end-to-end business processes and complex integrations
- Analyse business problems, delivering scalable, configurable solutions on the Salesforce 360 Platform
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams—from customers to technical leads—to solve challenges
- Provide thought leadership in public sector/energy & utilities, driving innovation and roadmap strategies
- Roadmap and future-state visions for digital transformation, aligning with stakeholders’ goals
- Guide CRM strategy development, planning short-term wins and long-term objectives

Key operational tasks include:
