Salesforce Enterprise Architect

Location: London, UK Job Type: Full Time

About the Role

We at Coforge are seeking a Salesforce Enterprise Architect with extensive cloud expertise, particularly on the Public Sector Cloud (PSS).


Key Responsibilities

An ideal candidate will possess:

  • 12+ years of CRM experience, including at least 3 years specialising in the public sector or energy & utilities domain
  • Proven Salesforce Public Sector Cloud (PSS) implementation experience
  • Strong knowledge of Gov.UK (GDS) standards, where beneficial
  • Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce solution architecture preferences

They will be expected to:

  • Design and optimise end-to-end business processes and complex integrations
  • Analyse business problems, delivering scalable, configurable solutions on the Salesforce 360 Platform
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams—from customers to technical leads—to solve challenges
  • Provide thought leadership in public sector/energy & utilities, driving innovation and roadmap strategies
  • Roadmap and future-state visions for digital transformation, aligning with stakeholders’ goals
  • Guide CRM strategy development, planning short-term wins and long-term objectives

  • Requirements refinement, translating stakeholder needs into technical designs
