We are actively seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This is a stellar opportunity to join BearingPoint at a pivotal moment of growth, driven by our continued success in the market. We operate as a “boutique style” cohort of inspired and passionate experts, prioritising innovation, collaboration, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Conduct workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and ** acceptance criteria** with guidance from senior team members.
- Contribute to the design of scalable, user-focused Salesforce solutions aligned to platform best practices.
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools (e.g., Flow).
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and development.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Support UAT (user acceptance testing), training, and change management activities.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, preferably gained in a management consultancy or Salesforce Partner environment.
- Strong mastery of Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). Experience with industry-specific clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud) is desirable.
- Expertise with declarative tools: Process Builder, Flows, and Approval Processes.
- Deep understanding of CRM processes and business operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
