About The Role
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Salesforce to understand business processes, gather requirements, and design effective solutions that align with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Work closely with clients to understand business processes and gather requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Lead discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Analyze and document current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on industry best practices.
- Configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including customization of objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with developers and administrators to ensure the successful implementation of technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce configuration and functionality.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-users.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
