Role Overview
Reporting to their assigned Project / Delivery Lead, the Functional Managing Consultant will primarily be responsible for:
- Producing solutions based on Salesforce using declarative functionality on the Salesforce Platform.
- To support the successful delivery of a solution in line with what was sold.
- To engage with senior stakeholders and end users to analyse and design solutions.
- Provide input into process improvements.
Location
Based out of any of our UK offices, this is a permanent role within our Salesforce team. At Credera, we operate a flexible hybrid working model. This requires 3 days per week working onsite - either at client site (as required) or in your local Credera office (London, Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle). We value collaboration and client impact, so our hybrid model is designed to strike a balance between flexibility, in-person connection, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Requirements
- Contributing towards improving best practice and implementation patterns for all Credera’s engagements.
- Support the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions in alignment with client expectations and project scope.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and end users to analyze business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and methodologies.
- Help facilitate client workshops, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Contribute to High Level Designs, Low Level Designs & user stories.
- Configurations of solutions to meet requirements assigned by a Project or Technical Lead during a project.
- Ensure certifications and up to date knowledge of Salesforce releases are maintained and provide support and guidance to Technical Delivery Team members to achieve this.
- Support new joiners during their probation period with general admin such as escalations, timesheets etc.
