About the Role We are a fast-scaling SaaS company looking for a Salesforce power user and systems thinker who goes well beyond administration. This is a senior, high-autonomy role for someone who understands the entire revenue stack — from how a lead enters the top of the funnel to how a signed contract flows into billing — and who is genuinely excited about deploying AI agents in real, production environments. You will serve as the internal authority on our Salesforce org, own our CPQ implementation end-to-end, and be the architect behind the automations and AI-driven workflows that give our sales and revenue teams a measurable edge. You will work directly with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Customer Success, and RevOps leadership — translating business problems into working solutions with minimal hand-holding. This is not a ticket queue role. You will be a team of one to start — the person who builds the foundation. As the company scales, this role scales with it. If you are energized by owning a stack, building things that matter, and working at the intersection of CRM and AI tooling, this role was written for you.
Please note this role is based in Bristol, UK with availability to work evenings (approximately 5–7pm UK time) up to 3 times per week for collaboration with our North American team.
What you'll be doing Salesforce Advanced Administration Manage and continuously evolve our Salesforce org end-to-end: data model, custom objects and fields, page layouts, validation rules, permission sets, and profiles. Build and maintain complex automations using Flow Builder; actively identify and eliminate manual processes across every revenue-facing team — Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, CS, and RevOps. Govern releases, manage sandbox environments, and maintain long-term org health with a systems-architecture mindset — not just reactive fixes. Serve as the internal escalation point for all Salesforce issues and integrated systems; you will be the person who knows where everything lives and why it was built that way. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights across pipeline health, lead conversion, sales performance, and revenue forecasting. CPQ Ownership Own the full CPQ implementation and ongoing administration: product catalogue structure, pricing logic, discount tiers, approval workflows, document templates, and quote playbooks. Maintain a clean, reliable CPQ ↔ Salesforce data sync; troubleshoot proactively before issues affect reps in the field. Build and maintain contract objects, subscription objects, and ensure reliable data flows into NetSuite. Partner with Sales leadership to continuously reduce quote-to-close friction and improve the rep experience. Stay current on CPQ platform updates and evaluate new features for adoption. AI Agent Building & Intelligent Automation Design and deploy production-grade AI agents that automate real revenue workflows — not prototypes, but solutions teams depend on daily. Build custom agents leveraging tools such as Agentforce, Anthropic, APIs, n8n, and Make.com, integrated directly into Salesforce workflows. Identify high-value automation opportunities across the revenue org through close collaboration with stakeholders. Work confidently with LLM-based tools, agent frameworks, and connected systems to surface intelligence and reduce manual overhead. Monitor the AI tooling landscape and bring practical, opinionated recommendations to leadership. Systems Integration Build and maintain reliable, monitored integrations between Salesforce and our full GTM stack — including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChurnZero, NetSuite, CoPilot, n8n, and Make.com. Use middleware platforms and direct API connections to create data flows that are stable, observable, and well-documented. Advise on build-vs-buy decisions with a pragmatic, cost-aware lens; evaluate new tools for integration feasibility before adoption. Essential Skills/Experience Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification — or equivalent hands-on experience you can speak to in depth. Proven experience in a SaaS or high-growth B2B environment, with a strong grasp of the full GTM motion (lead generation through close and renewal). Hands-on CPQ administration experience — you have configured it from scratch, not just navigated it as a user. Demonstrated experience building contract objects, subscription objects, and ensuring reliable data flow into NetSuite. Strong command of Flow Builder for complex, multi-step Salesforce automations. Experience with bulk data operations: Data Loader, data cleansing, deduplication, and advanced Excel skills. Advanced reporting and dashboard skills across pipeline creation, pipeline conversion, lead generation, and revenue metrics. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools via APIs or middleware platforms. Practical, hands-on experience building or deploying AI agents in a real business context — not just experimentation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Could this role be for you? You have operated in a SaaS or high-growth B2B environment and understand the full GTM motion from first touch to renewal. You care deeply about data quality — you understand that a clean data layer is the foundation everything else is built on. You can take a VP-level business problem and develop a working solution without significant hand-holding. You think in systems — you immediately consider how a change in one place ripples through the rest of the stack. You are already using AI tooling to build things, not just following the conversation from the sidelines. You have hands-on experience with tools like n8n, Make, ChurnZero, or Agentforce and have built advanced automated workflows with them. You are a continuous learner who keeps up with best-in-class GTM tools and proactively brings ideas on how to improve systems and processes.
