About the Team
The Salesforce team sits within GSMA IT and is responsible for delivering and evolving enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience and industry-specific use cases. The team works closely with business stakeholders, architects and delivery partners to enable efficient, data-driven processes that support GSMA’s members and customers worldwide.
About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Specialist to join our Salesforce team and support the design, implementation and ongoing optimisation of Salesforce solutions across GSMA.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers and delivery partners to deliver scalable, industry-specific Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) capabilities such as OmniStudio, CPQ and industry data models.
This role is suited to a hands-on Salesforce professional who combines strong technical capability with a service-oriented, collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities include
- Contribute to the design, build and configuration of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Platform and Experience Cloud
- Play a key role in implementing and supporting Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions, aligned to GSMA’s business processes
- Design and configure OmniStudio components, including:
- OmniScripts
- FlexCards
- DataRaptors
- Support industry-specific processes such as product modelling, guided flows and CPQ (where applicable)
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements, translating them into well-structured Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers and delivery partners to ensure solutions follow best practice
- Support testing activities, deployments and post-release enhancements
- Provide input into continuous improvement of Salesforce standards, patterns and documentation
- Act as a trusted Salesforce subject-matter expert for internal stakeholders

About You
You bring demonstrable experience working on Salesforce implementation projects and are comfortable operating across Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
You enjoy analysing business challenges and using Salesforce to create structured, practical solutions that deliver real value
You will hold core platform and Salesforce industries certifications
You’ll be able to apply your knowledge of Salesforce Industries platform to help design guided, data-driven user journeys
You are proactive, service-oriented and motivated, with a strong sense of ownership for the work you deliver
You communicate clearly in business English, build effective working relationships, and thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment
