Scope of Role
Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations Systems, the Salesforce Lead will join the Revenue Operations Systems team on a 6-month contract, working at the heart of ITRS's commercial engine.
Why this role exists now: The team is currently supporting post-migration hypercare following a recent acquisition's and move from Zendesk to Salesforce Service Cloud, alongside two new projects about to get underway: the build and rollout of NPS surveys and reporting, and automating the capture of marketing activity in Salesforce for reporting. We need an experienced, highly technical contractor to provide additional capacity through this period, someone who can pick up meaningful ownership immediately, without a long ramp-up, and help the team keep pace across these initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Revenue Operations Systems team builds and maintains the foundations that power ITRS's commercial ecosystem: daily stability, optimisation, and scalable evolution of the systems that drive GTM execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who can understand our existing architecture quickly and start contributing to live projects from week one.
In this role, you will receive a full-time 6-month contract, working from our London HQ with a hybrid work schedule.
As a Salesforce Lead, you will:
- Work as part of the Revenue Operations Systems team, collaborating with colleagues while independently owning your own workstreams and deliverables.
- Get up to speed fast on ITRS's existing Salesforce architecture and immediately start contributing to active and upcoming projects, making scalable, maintainable changes aligned with best practice.
- Provide guidance on best-practice usage, scalable configuration, and process improvement, with minimal need for hand-holding.
- Support post-migration hypercare for a recently acquired business, and help stand up new initiatives including NPS survey reporting and marketing activity automation.
Requirements
- A highly technical, proactive self-starter who can work independently from day one within a team environment, delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes under a compressed timeline.
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, with deep, hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Certification: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) required.
- Extensive, current expertise in Salesforce configuration (Flows, LWC's etc), able to build and troubleshoot with minimal guidance.
- Proven experience with data management and deployment tools, comfortable working in a live, actively-used org.
- Comfortable joining a live org mid-project, absorbing context quickly, and owning ambiguous or undocumented processes without a formal handover.
- Strong communicator, able to build trust quickly across teams and organisational levels.
- A track record of spotting issues, proposing practical fixes, and implementing improvements fast.
- Experience with survey tools and/or marketing automation integrations (e.g. NPS platforms, marketing attribution tooling) is a plus.
- Familiarity with post-acquisition system migrations or hypercare support is a plus.
