Steadman Brown are partnered with one of the UK's leading Charities who have raised over £250 million and funded more than 250 research projects. They focus on funding research into the causes, diagnosis and treatment as well as supporting families and raising awareness.
They are currently looking to bring in an experienced Salesforce Manager who has worked within a Salesforce Team in a complex, multi-cloud Salesforce eco-system and worked with NPSP (Non-Profit Success Pack).
Role: Salesforce Manager
Location: London - Hybrid (3x a week in Office)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Role Overview:
The Salesforce Manager is responsible for the Salesforce Platform. Overseeing the administration, configuration and optimisation of the platform, while focusing on the configuration and data governance, maintaining the platform's health.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and Building Integrations using APIs.
- Building Complex Flows within the Salesforce Platform.
- Maintaining the data model across a multi-cloud Salesforce platform (NPSP, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud).
- Translating complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Managing Stakeholders and gathering their requirements.
- Maintaining KPI for data health.
- Designing and Maintaining Reports and Dashboards as per stakeholder requirements.
- Overseeing the end-to-end user lifecycle.
- Working collaboratively with IT and other departments across the business.

Requirements:
- Experience with NPSP as part of a multi-cloud Salesforce eco-system.
- Salesforce Administrator + Advanced Certifications are preferable.
- Strong Understanding of data privacy frameworks.
- Experienced working within a Salesforce Team.
