As our Marketing Cloud Automation Specialist, you'll own the technical execution of our Salesforce marketing ecosystem. You'll design, build, test and optimise customer journeys, marketing automations and AI-powered experiences across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next, and AgentForce. In addition, you will help build and roll out our next generation of AI-driven initiatives on the Salesforce platform using AgentForce.

This is a hybrid role based at our Mayfair office, with flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.

Your Responsibilities

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Own the day-to-day development, optimisation and technical delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Build, test and deploy multi-channel campaigns, customer journeys and marketing automations.
  • Develop data extensions.
  • Configure and optimise Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder and Content Builder.
  • Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, platform health and data quality, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.

Salesforce Platform & AgentForce

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases for AI agent automation
  • Design, configure, and test AgentForce agents (topics, actions, and prompts) to automate marketing workflows.
  • Test, monitor, and refine agent performance, accuracy, and guardrails
  • Integrate AgentForce with Data 360 and SFMC processes.

Project Delivery & Collaboration

  • Play a role in the project management for Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce platform initiatives: scoping, timelines, resourcing, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support marketing technology projects through technical delivery, testing, documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Maintain platform governance, technical documentation and best practice while sharing knowledge across the business.

Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

You'll ideally have:

  • 2+ years' hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification a plus.
  • Experience building customer journeys, automations and personalised marketing campaigns.
  • Some knowledge of SQL, AMPscript and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder and Content Builder.
  • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with a passion for innovation, automation and continuous improvement.
