Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation Specialist
Join an exciting brand undergoing a transformative tech upgrade, integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next into their expanding suite of solutions—including Data Cloud and Agentforce.
This role is ideal for a Salesforce specialist who will take full ownership of designing, delivering, and managing the end-to-end implementation.
About the Role
The company is at the pioneering stage of deploying Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and they need an experienced professional to:
- Lead the project from initial stakeholder scoping sessions (with C-suite leadership) through to final build and delivery.
- Drive technical execution from conception to completion while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership & Delivery
- Own the design, implementation, and ongoing management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.

Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with diverse teams to define marketing needs and identify areas for improvement.

Technical Implementation
- Hands-on delivery with expertise in SQL, HTML, AMPScript, and Journey Builder workflows.
- Develop custom logic within AMPScript, SSJS, and API integrations.

Process Deep-Dives
- Customise Marketing Cloud Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Studio tools to meet business objectives.

Key Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven track record implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud from scratch, ensuring end-to-end delivery.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Studio tools, including:
- Automation Studio
- Email Studio
- Skilled in AMPScript, API integrations, and SSJS for custom scripting and workflow design.
- Strong understanding of SQL for data segmentation and reporting optimisations.
- Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification is highly preferred—both strongartuwork and proven.
Soft Skills
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business value for stakeholders.
- Exceptional collaboration skills to work across marketing, data, and technical teams.
