What will your day look like?
As the Application Consultant Manager, you will lead a dynamic team while also being deeply involved in technical solutions, ensuring that marketing campaigns for global brands are launched seamlessly at scale. Your role will include both team leadership and individual contributor responsibilities. You'll be responsible for guiding your team in streamlining client operations and activating new technical capabilities while ensuring the development and adoption of Catalyst tools. At the same time, you’ll remain hands-on in configuring, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end client experiences.
More Specifically Your Tasks Will Include
Team Leadership and Management
- Lead and mentor a team of Application Consultants, ensuring their professional growth and the successful adoption of Catalyst tools across clients.
- Set performance goals, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
- Oversee team productivity, project timelines, and ensure resource allocation for optimal delivery of solutions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the team is always advancing technical skills while also achieving client success.

Individual Contributor Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team to understand client business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Drive the successful configuration and implementation of customized business rules, automations, and features in the Catalyst platform.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience for clients.
- Use data to build audiences, manage segments, and optimize marketing strategies.
- Continuously assess and advise on product improvements, always seeking ways to enhance the Catalyst platform.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through the setup and optimization of their marketing automation setups, customer journeys, and lifecycle programs.
Experience working with a marketing automation platform, either, SFMC, adobe campaign or braze.
Who are you going to work with?
You’ll be working with a highly skilled team, including developers, architects, data specialists, and product managers, all focused on delivering exceptional products and customer experiences. You will also collaborate closely with other internal teams, including creative and client-facing experts, to drive success.
What do you bring to the table?
You are a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, ready to balance team management with direct technical contribution. Your deep understanding of marketing operations and customer journey optimization allows you to advise both your team and clients on the best technical solutions. You possess strong JavaScript skills and have experience developing tailored solutions within a marketing automation platform.
Additionally, You Bring
- Proven experience in leading a team of marketing automation (SFMC or adobe campaign) consultants and guiding them in delivering technical solutions to clients.
- Experience with salesforce marketing cloud OR adobe campaign is essential
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Expertise in data management and the ability to use data for segmentation and reporting.
- A client-focused approach that ensures the delivery of solutions that align with clients' business goals.
