Salesforce Platform Lead - Remote UK - Up to £45,000 + strong benefits
TechOhana is partnering with a growing UK charity that is investing significantly in its digital infrastructure to appoint a Systems & Platforms Manager.
The organisation is introducing a range of new systems, including a learning management platform, training delivery software and an expanding set of data assets, with the Salesforce platform at the centre of this investment. This role will take ownership of that portfolio.
The role:
The successful candidate will own a portfolio of business-critical platforms, acting as the bridge between vendors, internal stakeholders and technical staff. Responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, overseeing integrations, and leading system implementations, upgrades and migrations from planning through to delivery.

What you'll bring:
- Demonstrable experience owning or administering SaaS platforms, including the Salesforce platform
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
- A proven track record of delivering platform or systems projects end to end

Nice to have (bonus, not required):
- Familiarity with integration tools such as Zapier or Make.com
- An understanding of data governance and data quality principles
- Experience within the charity, public sector or membership-body space
