Title: Systems & Platforms Manager (Salesforce)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading national charity, who are looking for a Systems & Platforms Manager to take ownership of their Salesforce platform and wider portfolio of business-critical digital systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering a major national programme, where technology plays a central role in improving services and supporting positive social change.

You'll act as the bridge between internal stakeholders, technology suppliers and technical teams, ensuring platforms are reliable, integrated and continually evolving to meet business needs. This role can be home-based or hybrid, with occasional travel required.

The Role

As Systems & Platforms Manager, you will own a portfolio of SaaS platforms, including Salesforce, ensuring they are effectively managed, integrated and aligned with organisational objectives.

You'll lead system implementations, upgrades and integrations, manage supplier relationships, and oversee technology projects from inception through to delivery. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining platform ownership, stakeholder management and project delivery without needing to be hands-on with software development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
