Role Overview

We're looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to act as the strategic bridge between our Salesforce development team and the wider business. In this role, you'll facilitate the delivery of Salesforce solutions that directly support our strategic goals, ensuring the platform evolves in step with business priorities.

You'll own the Salesforce product backlog, capture business requirements, and drive smooth delivery across agile sprints and project cycles. This role sits at the intersection of business engagement, agile delivery, and product ownership and it's one where you'll make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across departments to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and strategic priorities.
  • Map out end-to-end business processes, identifying areas for improvement or automation through Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to understand and shape commercial requirements.
  • Ensure business users are informed and prepared for platform changes, working alongside training or change management teams as needed.
  • Own and manage the Salesforce Jira backlog, ensuring all user stories and tickets are well-documented, prioritised, and ready for development.
  • Act as the voice of the Salesforce product in meetings, key updates, and broader project sessions, keeping business goals clearly represented in every decision.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
