Salesforce Project Manager x2 – London
Hybrid working available, one day per week onsite
Salary: up to £95,000
Salesforce Project Manager required for a leading consultancy based in Central London.
My client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation and integration programmes. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, delivering complex, multi-year projects while acting as a trusted advisor to shape strategy and drive business outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing consultancy where you'll help embed AI and emerging technologies into delivery and play a key role in building a market-leading Salesforce practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementation, integration, and transformation programmes.
- Define delivery strategy across multi-phase, multi-workstream projects.
- Own programme governance, budgets, forecasting, commercial performance, and resource planning.
- Drive Agile delivery, leading high-performing onshore and offshore teams.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and lead SteerCo meetings and executive reporting.
- Manage risks, dependencies, change control, and scope throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver complex Salesforce integrations and data migration programmes.
- Champion AI and emerging technologies to enhance delivery and client outcomes.
- Support pre-sales, solution design, and proposal development to win new business.
- Continuously improve delivery processes and contribute to the growth of the Salesforce practice.
