Salesforce Project Manager
Mason Frank is partnering with a leading Salesforce consultancy to find an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join their growing team.
You’ll lead complex Salesforce and integration transformation programmes for enterprise clients, working with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact, multi-year initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape delivery strategy, drive innovation through AI and emerging technologies, and make a visible impact within a growing consultancy.
The Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes.
- Manage multi-workstream projects across enterprise and upper mid-market clients.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
- Own delivery plans, budgets, forecasting, risks, and change control.
- Lead Agile delivery and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Support pre-sales activities and help shape client solutions.
- Champion the use of AI and new technologies to improve delivery outcomes.

About You
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce transformation programmes within a consultancy environment.
- Experience managing large enterprise Salesforce projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration programmes.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across locations.
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
