Salesforce Project Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager based in United Kingdom.
Join a collaborative technology team where you'll lead the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives that drive business transformation and operational excellence. In this role, you'll oversee end-to-end project execution, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. You'll play a key role in coordinating implementation strategies, managing risks, and fostering clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is passionate about delivering high-impact Salesforce solutions. You'll have the chance to influence strategic initiatives while working with modern project management practices and enterprise technologies.
Accountabilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, technical resources, and project objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and project documentation.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring timely resolution of obstacles.
- Facilitate Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project ceremonies and ensure consistent project governance throughout delivery.
- Track project progress, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and ensure transparency across all phases of execution.
- Collaborate with Salesforce specialists to support implementations involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Revenue Cloud.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize project delivery processes and team collaboration.

Requirements
- 7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise IT initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud; experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams across multiple functions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
