Salesforce Senior Scrum Master | 1 Year Contract
📍 London, hybrid (minimum 2 days/week office)
💷 Rate: £450/day, (Inside IR35)
🏛️ UK Government digital transformation programme
📅 1 year, ASAP start
We're working with a major public sector client looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across Salesforce product teams supporting a government digital transformation programme.
What you'll do
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies across one or more Salesforce delivery teams
- Coach teams, Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile principles and scaling practices
- Manage dependencies, risks and impediments across multiple teams and suppliers
- Coordinate delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions and Data Cloud
- Track and report sprint velocity, predictability, release readiness and delivery health

What you'll need
- 10+ years IT delivery experience, including 5+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master
- Proven delivery of Salesforce transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management experience in large enterprise or public sector environments
- Experience with distributed onshore/offshore delivery models
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps

Nice to have: CSM, PSM or SAFe certification, prior HMRC or UK Government department experience, Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
