Harris Hill is delighted to be supporting one of the UK's most recognised children's charities in the search for a Salesforce Senior Technical Lead.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that has been protecting children and supporting families for over a century, using innovation, technology and data to help deliver life-changing services.

As the organisation continues to invest in its digital transformation, this newly created role will lead the development of its in-house Salesforce capability, taking ownership of a business-critical platform that underpins fundraising, supporter engagement and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Head of Technology Platforms

You will provide technical leadership for the Salesforce platform, ensuring it remains secure, scalable and aligned with organisational priorities. You will lead the design, configuration and ongoing optimisation of Salesforce, working closely with product owners, business stakeholders and delivery partners to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. The role will also involve establishing governance, release management and platform standards, overseeing integrations and data quality, monitoring platform performance, and acting as the senior technical authority for Salesforce across the organisation. As the internal capability grows, you will mentor administrators and super-users while driving best practice and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
