As a Solution Architect, you will:
- Clearly be able to articulate the solution to senior stakeholders and demonstrate effective objective handling.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Industries & Financial Services Cloud (FSC) for wealth management, Banking and investment clients.
- Lead client stakeholders to gather process and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop your leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging environments.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Keep informed about the latest Salesforce Financial Services features and updates by engaging with Salesforce.
- Gain additional skills in solutioning, project management and client engagement through practical experience and training.
- Embed AI into your thinking when building out industry solutions.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Industries or Financial Services Cloud.
- Proven hands-on experience leading technical engagements through architecting, designing, building, and delivering integrated solutions on Salesforce.
- Experience addressing key architecture concerns (scalability, performance, security, availability, etc.) in the context of Salesforce.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and management skills. A background in consulting or leading teams is required.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, former Vlocity certifications, Agentforce Specialist).

Set yourself apart:
- Industry-specific knowledge and experience leveraging leading Salesforce and ecosystem industry solutions.
- Understand and articulate how Agentforce and AI is effecting Financial Service and how you’ve used AI to deliver value.
- Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect or equivalent industry Architect certifications.
- Pre-sales solution architecture experience (including solution shaping, and delivery estimation and planning) is highly regarded.
- Active Salesforce community participation and contributions.
