About ITS

We exist to ensure the UK has the best full fibre networks, delivering gigabit-capable connectivity to businesses through our growing partner community. This enables opportunity, progress, exploration, creativity, innovation and commerce.

Recognised in the 2026 Sunday Times 100 Tech as one of Britain’s fastest-growing private technology companies, we’re continuing to scale at pace – making this an exciting time to join ITS, for your career, for our business and for the future.

The Opportunity

This is a key role within our Systems function, leading the Salesforce team and helping shape how Salesforce supports our business as we continue to grow. You’ll take ownership of a busy delivery pipeline, bringing structure, governance and clear prioritisation to business-critical change. With major initiatives ahead, including our product catalogue transformation, this is an opportunity to make Salesforce work better for our people, partners and customers.

Responsibilities

As Salesforce Team Leader, you’ll guide the delivery of Salesforce change across internal teams, external partners and business stakeholders. You’ll be:

  • Owning and developing the Salesforce roadmap, ensuring it supports business priorities and delivers measurable value.
  • Leading the Salesforce team across delivery, support, development and continuous improvement activity.
  • Managing a prioritised pipeline of change through backlog, development, testing and UAT.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear, scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Coordinating internal colleagues, third-party partners and suppliers to keep delivery moving effectively.
  • Strengthening Salesforce governance, release management, documentation and quality standards.
  • Supporting the product catalogue transformation, including the move into Salesforce and reintegration with the partner portal.
  • Using automation and DevOps tools to improve visibility, efficiency and control across the delivery pipeline.
  • Monitoring supplier performance, delivery quality, SLAs and value for money.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
