Salesforce Tech Lead

📍 London (1 day per week, with flexibility)

đź’° Up to ÂŁ95,000 + excellent benefits

I'm currently supporting a growing digital consultancy that is investing heavily in its Salesforce capability and looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join the team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine technical delivery, solution design, client engagement, and mentoring. You'll work closely with Architects, Developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions while helping shape technical standards and best practice across the wider team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the delivery of Salesforce solutions across a variety of client projects
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to Developers and Senior Developers
  • Working alongside Architects to design scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Translating business requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Driving engineering best practice, code quality, testing, and documentation standards
  • Supporting Agile delivery and acting as a key technical voice throughout the project lifecycle
  • Mentoring team members and contributing to the growth of the Salesforce practice

What we're looking for:

  • Strong Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
  • Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
  • Experience leading teams, projects, or technical workstreams
  • Ability to engage confidently with clients and non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of DevOps tooling such as Gearset or Copado
  • Passion for mentoring and developing others
