Mason Frank is currently working exclusively with a market-leading Salesforce Partner that is looking to hire a Salesforce Technical Architect to support the next stage of its growth and deliver complex enterprise Salesforce transformation programmes.
Base Salary – Circa £120,000
Willingness to travel to the London office on a weekly basis
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the technical architecture for enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Lead the development and integration strategy across multiple Salesforce clouds and third-party platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and technical teams throughout project delivery.
- Define development standards, governance, and best practices to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Salesforce Development Lead.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development background, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and APIs.
- Experience designing integrations using REST, SOAP, middleware, and external systems.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, and development best practices.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect,
