Job Title

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect on behalf of our market-leading, enterprise-scale client.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for defining, communicating, and implementing IT architectures and roadmaps to drive strategy and support key business priorities across a high-profile Salesforce platform. You will provide governance, expertise, and leadership across internal IT teams, external stakeholders, and a wider partner network.

As the technical authority for a complex, multi-cloud Salesforce landscape, you will lead capabilities across CRM, Data & AI, and Digital Commerce, with a strong focus on enterprise integration, security, platform governance, and technical quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and govern the Salesforce platform architecture, aligning platform strategy with business goals, establishing technical standards, and guiding delivery teams through complex problem-solving.
  • Translate complex technical architectures and strategies into actionable, understandable roadmaps for various stakeholders.
  • Maintain the integrity and coherence of platform initiatives, providing domain governance across internal teams and external partners.
  • Design and govern integration solutions—defining standards for architecture, security, resiliency, and observability while unifying patterns across platforms.
  • Drive solution quality across Apex, LWC, data, security, performance, and DevOps. Drive technical debt reduction and continuous improvement through best-practice architectural standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
