About Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Ops, and Commercial Operations stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
- Lead project intake and support prioritisation processes across GTM systems initiatives.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce and systems solutions.
- Document user stories, process flows, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with administrators, developers, architects and integration teams.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning and Agile delivery processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
