About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with extensive expertise in both business consulting and Salesforce solution delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while providing technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
The consultant should possess strong domain knowledge, hands-on Salesforce expertise, and experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Solution Design Documents.
- Work closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and business users throughout project delivery.
- Configure Salesforce features where appropriate and provide functional guidance to development teams.
- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Support solution architecture, integrations, data migration, and deployment activities.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical-functional leadership.

Required Experience
- 15+ years of overall IT consulting experience.
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Strong experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
- Knowledge of CPQ, Field Service Lightning (FSL), or Financial Services Cloud is an advantage.
- Experience working with global delivery teams.
Certifications
Preferred certifications include one or more of the following:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Application Architect (Preferred)
