Experis is partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation and is seeking an experienced Salesforce Test Lead to provide the end-to-end Test Process management across a large-scale Salesforce implementation programme.
This is a high-profile opportunity for a senior testing professional who will be accountable for ensuring quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle and that the Salesforce platform is delivered with confidence and minimal business risk. This role requires someone who can start immediately and provide both strategic leadership and hands-on guidance where required.

- Work with the existing Test Strategy, Test Approach, and Quality Assurance framework across the Salesforce implementation programme.
- Establish testing governance, standards, controls, reporting, and quality metrics to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
- Define test objectives, scope, environments, tooling requirements, risk management approaches, and success criteria.
- Provide leadership across all phases of testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Deployment Validation.
- Lead and coordinate UAT activities across multiple business functions, ensuring business readiness and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive defect management processes, including prioritisation, triage, reporting, and resolution governance.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, programme leadership, technical teams, and third-party delivery partners.
- Provide regular executive-level reporting on quality, testing progress, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.
- Promote a quality-first culture and champion testing best practices throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Remain hands-on when required to support critical testing activities and delivery milestones.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
