Company Description

The Bowls Club LDN is a premium, activity-based events venue bringing a modern twist to the classic British game of lawn bowls. Across 20 handpicked dates in June and July 2026, the venue transforms Finsbury Square into a vibrant corporate summer party destination in the heart of the city. Guests enjoy lawn bowls alongside summery cocktails, high-quality BBQ food, exceptional music, and live entertainment. The Bowls Club LDN is designed for company-wide celebrations, smaller team events, and inclusive client gatherings. The focus is on delivering unforgettable, high-energy experiences for corporate groups seeking something unique and engaging.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Salesperson role based in Greater London, with flexibility for some work from home. The Salesperson will identify and engage prospective corporate clients, build and manage a sales pipeline, and conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings to promote The Bowls Club LDN’s event packages.

  • Negotiating terms
  • Closing bookings for corporate summer parties and team events

The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, coordinating with events and operations teams to ensure accurate delivery of booked packages, and updating CRM systems with current sales activity. The Salesperson will also contribute to sales campaigns, attend networking opportunities, and provide input on improving sales processes and client experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Client relationship management and account management experience within events, hospitality, or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis for sales reporting, and proficiency with standard office software.
  • Experience in corporate events, hospitality, or entertainment sales is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, attending in-person meetings and venue days in Greater London as required.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven approach, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive, high-quality customer experiences.
