Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in the United Kingdom. The Salesperson will engage directly with prospective and existing customers, present products and services, and close sales to meet individual and team targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Customer service and relationship-building skills, including the ability to listen, understand needs, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in conducting in-person presentations and discussions.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and office software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and prepare reports.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and operate both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in sales, promotions, or retail environments is beneficial.
  • Understanding of the local market in the United Kingdom and willingness to learn about company products and services.
  • Secondary education completion required; additional vocational or higher education related to business or sales is an advantage.
