Role Description

This is a full-time but remote role. The Salesperson will identify and qualify potential clients, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored solutions that highlight Leadaxis’ digital marketing, automation, and lead generation services.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Managing a pipeline of prospects
- Following up on inbound and outbound leads
- Preparing proposals
- Negotiating terms
- Closing new business
The role also involves collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping, smooth onboarding, and high client satisfaction. The Salesperson will track performance against sales targets, maintain detailed records in CRM systems, and contribute insights to improve sales processes and messaging.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and qualification to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Experience with consultative selling, solution presentation, and negotiation to close deals and grow revenue.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM, AI automation) and the ability to explain them clearly to potential clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking systems to manage contacts, opportunities, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous B2B sales experience in marketing, advertising, technology, or related services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
