Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in London. The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, qualify leads, and maintain a pipeline of opportunities. The role includes building relationships with prospective and existing customers, presenting solutions that meet client needs, and negotiating terms to close deals. The representative will collaborate closely with account management and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also involve updating CRM records, preparing sales reports, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes.

Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and progress opportunities.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide responsive support and build lasting relationships.
- Account Management skills to nurture existing accounts and uncover upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort working with CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or a similar commercial role is preferred.
