Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based at Trafford Park. The Salesperson will manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries, respond to customer requests, and provide detailed product information on emergency-response flange solutions. Daily tasks include:

The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the sales email channel (including sales@sfsltd.co.uk) with professional, prompt communication. The Salesperson will also contribute to basic sales reporting and forecasting, while upholding company standards for service and reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with industrial and engineering clients.
- Experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or related industrial sectors.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple enquiries, preparing quotations, and updating CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Basic technical understanding of engineered products or willingness to quickly learn about flanges, materials, and production processes.
- Proficiency in standard office and communication tools (email, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort working with digital records and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Trafford Park, collaborating with production and logistics teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for pricing, margin awareness, and interpreting basic sales data.
- Relevant education or training in business, sales, engineering, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in a similar industrial sales role is an advantage.
