Agricultural Salesperson - Botany Bay Depot
Francis Bugler ltd. is actively seeking a new Agricultural Salesperson based at our Botany Bay depot near Blandford, Dorset.
About Us
Buglers is a 5th generation family-owned business with an exceptionally loyal customer database. Our main franchises include New Holland, Kuhn, Joskin, Keenan, Stewart & Sumo, plus several other important supporting brands.
Key Features of the Position
- Arable knowledge is a key feature of this position with a strong emphasis on New Holland Combine Harvesters, big balers, and modern farming technology.
- The Botany Bay depot is strategically positioned, providing customers with easy access to modern workshops and aftersales support.

Requirements
- Candidates must show strong organizational skills and a “can do” attitude.
- Additional seasonal hours are required as customer support is paramount.
- Ongoing manufacturer product and operator training will be provided to ensure confident demonstrations, product handovers, and field support.
- Agricultural and industry experience is required as this is an important role.
- The remuneration package will reflect this depending on experience, proven track record, and ability.
- Company vehicle, phone, iPad Pro, etc., are all provided but your most important support comes from our dedicated team at the Botany Bay depot.
