About Kroovel Kroovel is a UK luxury transport and mobility company providing high-end travel solutions across road, air, and sea. We specialise in limousine hire, chauffeur services, sports and supercar rental, airport transfers, wedding and prom car hire, private jet charter, helicopter hire, and luxury yacht hire nationwide. Our clients include private individuals, corporate executives, event planners, and VIP customers who expect reliability, discretion, and five-star service every time. Tasks • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries • Provide quotes and tailored transport packages • Convert leads into confirmed bookings • Upsell premium vehicles and additional services • Build repeat and referral business • Coordinate with operations and drivers • Maintain accurate CRM and booking records • Deliver a high-end customer experience Requirements • Sales or telesales experience preferred • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Confident closing deals over phone and email • Organised and target-oriented • Professional and customer-focused attitude • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience in travel, transport, events, hospitality, or luxury services is a plus.
