iNTEGRATED Promotions Ltd (iPL) was established in March 2020 with a focus on delivering high standards of service that protect clients’ names, brands, and reputations. The team brings over 50 years of combined experience in direct sales, offering tailored solutions across door-to-door, private sites, and telesales. iPL provides ethical, fully trained, and passionate fundraisers for both long- and short-term engagements. The company is committed to securing genuine long-term donor relationships and prides itself on consistently delivering excellence.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Leigh. The Salesperson will engage with potential donors and customers through face-to-face interactions on door-to-door campaigns and private sites, as well as occasional telesales.

Daily Responsibilities
- Presenting fundraising campaigns and services clearly
- Answering questions
- Handling objections
- Securing new donors and clients in an ethical and compliant manner
The role involves meeting or exceeding sales and fundraising targets, maintaining accurate records of interactions and commitments, and following company guidelines to protect client brands. The Salesperson will collaborate with team members and managers, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a positive, results-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and present information clearly and persuasively.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to ensure positive donor and client experiences and long-term commitment.
- Basic sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills, with a focus on ethical and compliant fundraising practices.
- Time management, organization, and record-keeping skills to manage daily activities and maintain accurate documentation.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset to work toward individual and team targets.

Beneficial but Not Strictly Required
- Previous experience in direct sales, fundraising, or customer-facing roles.
- Ability to work on-site in Leigh, adapt to varying environments (door-to-door, private sites), and follow company policies and training.
- Basic digital literacy (e.g., using mobile devices or CRM tools) and a willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
