Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson at QUALITRONICS UK LTD. The Salesperson will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage leads, and build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients in the welding industry.

Daily activities include:

  • Calling on existing and new customers
  • Product demonstrations
  • Preparing proposals and quotations
  • Negotiating terms
  • Closing deals

The Salesperson is expected to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to support growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in B2B or technical solution selling.
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts related to welding processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Prior experience in welding sales, Abrasives, PPE and consumables, or related industries is highly beneficial.
