Beauty Studio Manager – Salon Manager
📍 Location: Hayes Lombardy
🕒 Hours: 39 hrs per week
💷 Salary: £39,000
💫 The Role
As a Salon Manager, you’ll leverage your senior stylist expertise to lead both the beauty and hair teams while delivering exceptional service. Our studio offers:
- Full hair salon services

📝 Key Responsibilities
- Lead & inspire a team of stylists and beauty specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and brand standards
- Manage team performance, including scheduling, training, and development
- Ensure customers leave with the "Superdrug Feeling" by handling queries and complaints professionally
- Promote upselling of in-store products and services to maximise customer offers
- Oversee stock management, including ordering, inventory checks, and supply provision
- Deliver high-quality consultations, particularly for colour services, and set an example in customer engagement

🧐 Requirements
We’re looking for a passionate, skilled, and confident leader with:
- NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing (minimum; Level 4 preferred)
- A strong hairdressing background
- Proven management experience with the ability to:
- Inspire & develop teams
- Set high performance standards
- Outstanding communication skills to engage both teams and customers effectively
