Store Associate – Brampton – Part-time

Salon Centric is the premier national distributor of salon professional products in the U.S. Created by L’Oréal USA in 2008 with 585 SalonCentric stores and 260 StateǀRDA stores in the US. Today, SalonCentric is expanding in Canada, with its first presence and footprint in Ontario (2023), British Columbia (2024), and recent expansions into Quebec (2025 and 2026).

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
  • Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
  • Actively seek out customers in store.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
  • Cross sell products.
  • Handle returns of merchandise.
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures.

Qualifications And Skills

  • INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS A DEFINITE ASSET
  • Excellent English communication skills is a necessity.
  • 2 years of sales experience.
  • Strong organization and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-player.
  • Able to learn quickly and maintain a high-level of product knowledge.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
