About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Security-led Front of House, Brand Ambassador for a 12-month fixed-term contract with a high-profile client in Samlesbury and Warton.
In this pivotal position, you will operate as a key ambassador, balancing exceptional service with unwavering security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all front-of-house interactions—welcoming guests, staff, and contractors.
- Maintain a high-end, discreet, and service-oriented environment in alignment with client expectations.
- Ensure seamless coordination of operations and receptivity.
- Represent Securitas and the client with integrity, professionalism, and excellence.
Core Duties:
- Front of House Coordination (Mon–Fri): Mon: 07:30–16:30 Tue–Thu: 07:30–16:00 Fri: 07:30–13:00
Compensation & Terms:
- £17.73 per hour
- 30 minutes paid lunch
- 40-hour week

- Provide a welcome experience for all staff, visitors, and contractors, exuding professionalism.

Premises Enhancement:
- Maintain a visually pristine reception area, lobby, and office environments.
- Collaborate with client contacts (Facilities Manager/Office Manager) to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Support & Security:
- Assist in emergency response to ensure rapid, discreet actions.
- Provide timely, accurate information and prioritise evolving needs.
- Manage alerts and elevated risks, including out-of-hours alarm coordination.

Client Advocacy:
- Build rapport with recurring visitors, staff, and contractors.
- Represent Securitas and the client aligned with our core values, brand, and culture at all times.
Requirements

Confidence & Compliance:
- Selfless adherence to company security protocols.
- Vetted to BS7858 (security-specific training).

Skilled Benchmarking:
- A 5-year checkable background for integrity verification.
- US citizenship only (British passport holders). Dual nationals ineligible.

Performance Commitment:
- Demonstrate reliability and accuracy.
- Clear, polished communication skills.
- Discipline with confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and prioritisation.
Access Restriction
- Eligible only for UK nationals (exclusive British passports).
- Prior Front of House, Customer Service, Concierge, or Hosting experience—ideally within a corporate setting.
