Hiring: SAP & AI Transformation Partner (Enterprise Technology)
Location: Bristol / London, UK (Preferred)
Experience: 15+ Years
About the Role
We are seeking a senior SAP & AI Transformation Partner to lead enterprise-wide SAP and AI transformation initiatives. This is a strategic consulting role focused on business transformation, executive advisory, value creation, operating model design, and governance—not delivery management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise SAP & AI transformation strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
- Drive SAP S/4HANA modernization, AI adoption, and clean-core transformation.
- Build executive business cases, investment strategies, and value realization plans.
- Design governance frameworks, operating models, and transformation offices.
- Advise senior business and technology leaders on SAP, AI, Finance, and enterprise transformation.
- Collaborate with SAP, consulting partners, and vendors to deliver business value.

Required Skills
- Extensive experience leading SAP S/4HANA, ERP, Finance, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in SAP Business AI, SAP BTP, Joule, Automation, Analytics, and Enterprise AI.
- Proven experience in business case development, operating model design, governance, and executive stakeholder management.
- Strong consulting background with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
