Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, designing and delivering SAP core reporting capabilities to the supported business units, especially Finance, working collaboratively to ensure optimised reporting availability driving process benefit and real-time data driven decisions.
Build and lead the SAP reporting team focused on rationalising existing, building new and standardising reporting templates and dashboards to drive wider business adoption and usage.
Driving the strategic design, development and support of SAP reporting using Core BI, SAC and Data Sphere to provision optimal reporting capabilities across the organisation.
Technical owner and reporting champion of the SAP reporting solutions, end to end, provisioning the "business enabler" of data driven business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Providing optimal SAP Reporting functional expertise and guidance, driving technology as the "business enabler" for strategic organisational reporting and decision making.
- Designing and implementing a best in class reporting competency within the Arm SAP CoE, leading the business towards centralised, rationalised and standardised reporting, provisioning optimal data and reporting repositories that empower the supported business functions to implement fast and accurate decision making.
- Influencing key business and senior leadership resources on adoption of SAP reporting capabilities, road mapping new functionality that would directly benefit to successfully drive change.
- Leading and mentoring the BI, SAC, and Data Sphere functional team. Implementing optimal methodologies for the reporting lifecycle. Designing, developing, and supporting standardised SAP and non-SAP reporting templates and dashboards for strategic decision-making.

Required Skills And Experience
- Extensive hands-on technical skills in SAP BI, SAC and Data Sphere to enable clear direction and effective evaluation of SAP reporting capability design and development.
- Strategic understanding of SAP data and analytics roadmap. Validated experience in driving continuous improvements and leading SAP reporting development and support in a large organization.
- Experienced in stakeholder management and relationship building. Skilled at adapting communication for senior leaders and presenting complex technical proposals to non-technical audiences.
- Develop and mentor team members and key business users, providing coaching where necessary. Strong leadership and influencing skills, able to act swiftly with confidence.
“Nice To Have” Skills And Experience
- Experience of SoX governed environments.
- Relevant SAP certifications in the reporting areas, such as SAP Certified SAC or Data Sphere!
- Reading and debug knowledge of ABAP.
- Experienced with development practices such as Waterfall, Agile.
- Mentoring technical colleagues and key business users.
- Experienced working in a global, diverse and multicultural environment!

Salary Range
£79,600 - £107,600 per year
