What You’ll Work On
Core Responsibilities:
- Redesign end-to-end business processes across:
- Finance
- Procurement
- Stock & warehouse operations
- Optimise system integrations, rebuilding SAP B1 connections with:
- Web platforms
- Operational tools
- Enhance stock accuracy and order fulfilment through smarter:
- System logic
- Data structures
- Take a key role in upcoming warehouse management system (WMS) upgrades, improving day-to-day warehouse performance
- Maintain a stable and scalable SAP B1 environment, supporting high SKU volumes
- Produce meaningful reports and analytics to drive decision-making
- Collaborate with leaders who position SAP as a strategic asset—not solely a transactional system
This role lets you influence operations from the warehouse floor to the leadership team.
What You Bring
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience implementing or optimising SAP Business One
- Strong ability to:
- Understand business operations
- Translate them into practical technical solutions
- Experience with integration tools like BPA (Business Process Automation)
- Working knowledge of:
- Boyum add-ons
- HANA query development
- Reporting experience (advantageous with tools such as Power BI or Crystal Reports)
- Ability to:
- Work independently
- Take ownership of outcomes
- Clear communication skills to guide both:
- Users
- Decision-makers
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to drive improvement
